摘要
基于Rogowski线圈的电子式电流互感器是一项具有广阔发展前景的新型电流传感元件。从Rogowski线圈的工作机理入手探讨Rogowski线圈对于空间磁场的抗扰度,重点研究装配过程中出现的一次导线安装偏心、一次导线安装倾斜和U型杆结构装配不对称三种情况,对Rogowski线圈传感头准确度的影响。试验结果表明,采用合理严格的装配工艺后,传感头准确度从0.5级提高到0.2级。
Electronic current transformers based on the Rogowski coils is a novel current sensing technology with broad prospects. The immunity performance to space magnetic field of a Rogowski coil had been discussed form its working principle,focus on the effects of accuracy on Rogowski coils' assembling errors including primary wire's radial eccentric error, primary wire's tilt error and asymmetry error in U-bar structure's primary wire. The results reveal that sensors' accuracy level had improved form 0.5 level to 0.2 level by using reasonable and strict assembling process.
