老年人革兰氏阴性杆菌肺炎50例临床分析

Clinical of 50 cases of aged patients with pneumoniacaused by gramnegative bacteria

对５０例老年人革兰氏阴性（Ｇ－）杆菌肺炎的诊断和治疗进行分析。结果显示：在药敏试验未报告前，对肾功能良好者，首选一种氨基糖甙类抗菌素联合广谱半合成青霉素或头孢菌素可提高疗效。

The diagnosis and treatment of 50 cases of aged patients with pnouminia caused by gramnegative G-bacteria (from Feb. 1993 to Aug. 1997) were analyzed. Before the results of drug sensitive tests were reported, aminoglycosides plus broadspectrum semisynthetic penicillin or first generation cephalosporin could improve the curative effect in patients with good renal function. Bacterial culture and drug sensitive tests were crucial for choosing the proper antibiotics.
