采用FAHP方法的国家高新区技术创新能力评价研究

The research based on FAHP on the evaluation on the capability of tech-innovation of national high technology zones

在回顾国家高新区技术创新能力已有研究的基础上,结合近年来高新区发展的新环境和新趋势,建立高新区技术创新能力评价指标体系,并通过模糊数学与层次分析法(AHP)相结合的模糊层次综合评价法(FAHP),对我国东、中、西部几个有代表性的国家级高新区技术创新能力进行实证分析。

After reviewing past researches on the capability of tech-innovation of national hi-tech zones, establish a new synthetic evaluation system for it, considering with the new environment and trends of recent years. According to the FAHP method which combines fuzzy mathematics with Analytic Hierarchy Process（ AHP）, evaluate the capability of tech-innovation of several typical national hi-tech zones, which individually locate in the east, middle and west of China.
