摘要
“意义”“平衡”“效益”“秩序”“富足”是有效教学的五大核心元素。“意义”是有效教学的前提，“平衡”是有效教学的关键，“效益”是有效教学的核心，“秩序”是有效教学的保障，“富足”是有效教学的旨归。五大元素之间互为联系，互相支撑，共同构成有效教学的有机整体。
Significance, balance, benefit, order and abundance are five core elements of effective teaching, of which ＂significance＂ is a prerequisite, ＂balance＂ is the key , ＂benefit＂ is the tactics, ＂order＂ is the guarantee , ＂abundance＂ is the goal. These five elements, interactively supporting each other, constitute the organic organization of efficient teaching.
