摘要
“意义”“平衡”“效益”“秩序”“富足”是有效教学的五大核心元素。“意义”是有效教学的前提,“平衡”是有效教学的关键,“效益”是有效教学的核心,“秩序”是有效教学的保障,“富足”是有效教学的旨归。五大元素之间互为联系,互相支撑,共同构成有效教学的有机整体。
Significance, balance, benefit, order and abundance are five core elements of effective teaching, of which "significance" is a prerequisite, "balance" is the key , "benefit" is the tactics, "order" is the guarantee , "abundance" is the goal. These five elements, interactively supporting each other, constitute the organic organization of efficient teaching.
