颅骨三维空间测量的研究

摘要 取成人颅骨标本32个,采用解析几何原理,探讨建立颅骨某些结构的空间坐标和三维测量的方法。测出了颅底内面骨性解剖标志27项,共50个测点的三维坐标值,临床可根据坐标值测算有关结构在颅表的投影,以及推算各标志之间的位置关系。为临床检查、手术、穿剌、照射提供各种参考数据。 The present study is to explore an approach to measure the human skull on the basis of the principle of analytical geometry and to establish a threedimensional cooradinate system of the skull. We measured 27 bony landmarks of internal surface of cranial base of 32 adult human skulls, and threedimensional coordinate values of 50 measured points were obtained. According to our study clinicians will be able to measure and calculate the projection of related structure on the skull surface and relative position between the bony landmarks. As a result, a series of reference data for clinical examination, operation, puncture and irradiation will be provided.
