老年腰椎间盘脱出症的特点

Clinical Features of Prolapse of Lumbar Discs in the Aged

对３５例老年腰椎间盘脱出症患者与同期６０例青年患者的临床资料进行比较分析，发现老年腰椎间盘脱出症患者，多发病缓慢，症状及体征不典型，易被误诊，治疗多采用理疗、按摩、骶管注射或局部封闭等综合疗法，较少使用腰椎牵引，一般以ＣＴ或ＭＲＩ确诊。

A comparative analysis of clinical features of prolapse of lumbar discs between 35 old patients and 60 young patients during the same period showed that: in the old group, the occurence of the disease was slower, and its clinical symptoms and physical features were not typical, and clinical misdiagnose occurred frequently. Electrothorapy and massage and sacral pore or pain point injection were all used more often than lumbar stretch for them. The correct diagnosis depends on CT or MRI.
