基于“3S”平台的巡警监管系统的设计与应用

摘要 提出一种基于GPS/GPRS/GIS平台的巡警监管系统的设计方法,为巡警管理部门提供一个直观、便捷和实时的监管平台,可以大大加强对巡警的监管力度,进而有效提高巡警的工作效率。系统使用Oracle数据库来存储系统的空间数据和属性数据,确保系统数据的快速访问和高可靠性。依据本平台设计的巡警监管系统在辽宁某市巡警部门已经进行实际应用,并取得了良好的效果。 In this paper it provides a method for designing the Management Information System (MIS) of patrol police based on the platform of GPS/GPRS/GIS( "3S"), and offers an intuitionistic ,convenient and real-time monitoring platform for the Administration of patrol police. It can strengthen greatly the supervision over patrol policemen thus to effectively promote working efficiency of them. This design uses Oracle database to save the spatial and attributive datum, and may ensure the rapid access and the reliable performance of system datum. One city in Liaoning Province has applied the "3S"-based system to the department of partrol police, and has got satisfied effect.
