基于移动增值业务的电话营销系统的设计与实现

摘要 电话营销作为一种营销手段,在国外已经获得了广泛的应用并已经形成了一个巨大的产业。随着移动增值业务在我国的推广应用,移动增值业务电话营销系统的建设将会成为电信企业的新投资热点。根据浙江联通部分地市分公司对移动增值业务推广的实际需求,介绍移动增值业务电话营销系统实现的技术基础,以及系统的建设目标、总体结构和座席业务的实现。 As a marketing channel,telemarketing has been widely applied abroad and has formed a huge industry. With the popularity of the application for mobile value-added service in China, the construction of telemarketing system for the mobile value-added service will be another hot investment in teleeom business. On the basis of the actual demand of the promotion of mobile value-added service in some branches of Zhejiang Unicorn, the paper introduces the technological basis of the implementation of telemarketing system for the mobile value-added service, the goal of system design, the general structure of the system, and the implementation of agent business model.
