摘要 目的:观察蜂胶对四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠创面表皮干细胞动员的影响。方法:健康Wistar大鼠被随机分为4组:盐水对照组(n=18)、蜂胶对照组(n=18)、盐水模型组(n=22)和蜂胶模型组(n=18)。模型组大鼠为尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶制造的糖尿病模型。造模4周后所有大鼠背部两侧制造直径1.8cm的圆形全皮层皮肤创面。分别用盐水或蜂胶处理伤口,观察各组的创面愈合时间。免疫组化法检测角蛋白14(K14)、角蛋白19(K19)、整合素β1的表达;Western Blot测定K19、整合素β1的蛋白表达水平。结果:与盐水处理相比,蜂胶能明显缩短创面愈合时间(P<0.01),促进创面K14、K19、整合素β1的表达(P<0.01)。结论:蜂胶可以促进糖尿病大鼠创面表皮干细胞活性,加速创面愈合。 Objective:To investigate the effect of propolis on wound healing in diabetic rats caused by alloxan.Methods:Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:saline control group (n=18),propolis control group(n=18),saline diabetic model group(n=22)and propolis diabetic model group(n=18).Rats of model groups were given alloxan through tail vein injection to induce hyperglycemia.Four weeks later,a round skin of 1.8cm diameter was excised on both sides of the back in all rats.The healing time were observed.Keratin 14(K14), keratin 19 (K19),integrin β1 were studied by means of immunohistochemical assay.K19 and integrin β1 were analyzed by Western blot.Results:The healing time of group treated with propolis was significantly shorter than that of group treated with saline.The expression of K14,K19,integrin β1 of rats treated with propolis were significantly higher.Conclusion:Propolis can boost epithelial stem cell's mobilization and accelerate wound healing in diabetic rats.
