人乳头瘤病毒16型感染与机体免疫
摘要
宫颈癌是第一个被世界卫生组织认为100％与感染有关的癌症．人乳头瘤病毒16型（human papillomaviruses type16，HPV16）是与宫颈癌相关的最常见的HPV型别。据国际癌症研究中心（IARC）统计，宫颈癌标本中，HPV16型感染占51．0％。HPV宫颈感染常见于年轻、性活跃的妇女，这种感染大多是短暂的，并且不引起临床症状。感染妇女中70％～90％在12—30个月内自然清除感染，仅少数为持续性感染．
