摘要
本文结合我国煤炭企业运销管理的特点,分析了煤炭企业客户细分的重要意义。设计了基于客户价值的煤炭企业客户细分指标体系,并在此基础上,构建了基于SOM神经网络的煤炭企业客户细分模型,旨在为煤炭企业提高运销管理水平提供参考。
According to the characteristics of the management in the coal transport and marketing,the significance of the customer segmentation in coal enterprises is analyzed in this paper.The model of the customer segmentation based on the SOM neural network is established on the basis of the Index System in the customer segmentation which is designed according to the customer value.The research aims to provide referenced values for improving the marketing management of the coal enterprises.
