郴州市矿业经济可持续发展的探讨

Discussion sustainable development of mining economy of Chenzhou city

郴州是一个资源型结构市,矿产资源丰富,矿产资源开发活动较强,矿业经济在国民经济中所占的比例较大。但是,由于部分官员腐败,小矿乱采滥挖,致使矿业秩序混乱,矿业开发活动同时也引发环境破坏、资源浪费、资源储量保障程度低等问题,这将严重制约着该市国民经济的可持续发展。本文从郴州的实际出发,对该市矿业经济的可持发展进行了探讨,提出了惩治腐败、适度开采、进行资源整合、调整资源产业结构、建立生态补偿机制和发展循环经济的建议。

Chenzhou city is a resources structure city,the mineral resourcs is rich,the mineral resourcs development is stronger,it is biger that the proportion of mining economy occupies in the national economy.But,it cause mining industry disorder because the partial official corrupt,the small ore randomly mining,the mining development simultaneously initiates questions of environment destroy,resources waste and low ensure degree of resources,this will be restrictde serious this city national economy sustainable development.This paper has discussed sustainable development of mining economy according to Chenzhou′s reality,proposed to crack down on corruption,mine moderate,carry on the resources conformity,adjust resources industrial structure,establish ecology compensation mechanism and develop circulation economy.
