矿业废弃地复垦中的环境问题及对策建议

Environmental problems and countermeasures in land reclamation in mining wasteland

矿业废弃地的土地复垦可实现废弃资源可持续利用,是经济发达地区增量土地资源的主要途径。然而,在许多矿业废弃地的土地复垦过程中,由于忽略对矿业废弃地的正确认识,出现复垦的土地再次抛荒、二次污染、外来物种侵袭等现象。本文剖析不同类型矿业废弃地土地复垦中存在的环境问题,提出了完善矿业废弃地土地复垦的法律法规和政策、重视矿业废弃地土地复垦的生态环境安全、重视矿业废弃地遗迹资源的保护与开发、建立矿业废弃地土地复垦产业化模式等对策建议。

Land reclamation in abandoned mining area can realize the sustainable utilization of waste resources,and it is the main way of increment of land resources in the developed area.However,the phenomenon likes land reclamation once again,second pollution as well as alien invasive species is appeared because of lack of correct relation of waste land in mining area on implementation process.Based on analysis of different environmental problems of reclamation land in mining area,we put forward some suggestions including perfecting policy and rules,paying attention to the safe of ecological environment as well as the protection and development of relic resources in mining wasteland,establishing industrialization model of land reclamation,etc.
