摘要
海底采矿车是海洋矿产开发的重要设备,车架是采矿机器车的基体。本文按其功能和性能要求,完成车架的结构设计,并用Pro/E软件建立实体模型,再按照一定的模型简化原则,对实体模型进行结构简化;然后将模型导入有限元分析软件ANSYS10.0,建立车架有限元分析模型;通过静力分析,获得了车架在弯曲和扭转两种工况下的应力及变形的分布情况。最后综合分析结果,对车架的改进设计提出了建议。
Ocean seabed mining vehicle is an important mineral development equipment,the frame is the matrix of mining vehicles.This paper completes the structural design according to their functionality and performance requirements of the frame and builds solid model using Pro / E software,simplify the structure of the entity model with certain principles of the model to simplify,then imports the model into finite element analysis software ANSYS10.0 to establish the frame finite element analysis model,through static analysis,gets the distribution of stress and deformation in bent and reverse conditions of the frame.Finally,gets the proposals to improve the design from analysis results.
