摘要
将膨润土、海藻酸钠、PVA和水,按一定的比例在加热的条件下,进行混合并制得小球,用于处理含镍废水。结果表明:Ni2+的初始浓度为10mg/L时,投加5g(湿重)的膨润土小球,调节pH为5,吸附时间为25min,振荡速度为110r/min,振荡温度为25℃的条件下,去除率可达到97.6%。含镍废水处理后镍的浓度,可低于国家规定的排放标准(GB8978-1996)。使用后的小球经过再生,在最佳处理条件下仍有较好的处理效果。
Under a certain condition of heating and mixing,bentonite,sodium alginate,polyvinyl alcohol and water can make into bentonite globule.The result show that,by using it to treat the nickel wastewater,when the initial concentration of Ni2+ is 10mg/L,under the following condition: pH≈5,dosage of globule 5.0g(wet weight),temperature 25℃,vibration velocity 110r/min,elapsed time of vibration 25mins,the removal rate of Ni2+ by treatment of bentonite globule can reach greater than 97.6% After processing,the concentration of the remaining nickel in wastewater is lower than the national maximum allowable emission standard.After the process of reproducing,bentonite globule can still have a good removal rate under the best treatment condition.
