威猛、阿霉素为主方案治疗老年人中高度恶性及难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤

Treatment of intermediate or high grade and refractory malignant non Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL) in the elderly patients with Teniposide(VM26) and Adriamycin

应用ＣＨＶＰ方案（环磷酰胺、阿霉素、威猛及强的松）治疗１９例老年人中、高度恶性及难治性ＮＨＬ，其中Ⅲ期６例，Ⅳ期１３例，１０例为难治病例，９例为初治恶性程度较高的病人。完全缓解８例，部分缓解６例，总有效率为７３．７％。主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制，但经间歇期和（或）Ｇ－ＣＳＦ治疗后均能恢复。该方案是治疗老年人中。

It's very difficult to treat intermediate or high grade and refractory malignant non Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL) in the elderly patients.We used the chemotherapy regimen of CHVP(Teniposide,Adriamycin,Cyclophosphamide and Prednisone) to treat 19 elderly patients with intermediate or high grade and refractory malignant NHL,among them,6 cases were Ann Arbor stage Ⅲ and 13 were stage Ⅳ;meanwhile 9 cases were previously untreated and 10 cases were refractory NHL.Complete remission was obtained in 8 patient,partly remission were obtained in 6 patients.The total remission rate were 73.7%(14/19).The main toxicity was myelosuppression,but all recover after the interval periods of chemotherapy with or without G CSF.
