煤矿企业安全生产问题研究述评

Review on the research of coal mine enterprise's safety production

煤矿生产的安全问题,不仅关乎一个行业的发展前景,更是和谐社会建设的重要课题。从矿难频发的原因与解决对策两个层面,对煤炭企业安全生产问题的研究进行了总结,并在此基础上,提出了以科学发展观指导煤炭行业的发展、加强对煤矿的安全监督检查、加强煤矿企业内部管理和灾难应急机制、加强经济制裁与保障机制的设计等煤矿企业安全生产问题的综合治理思路。

Coal mining safety production not only concerns the prospect of the industry,but also is the important issue about the building of a Harmonious Society.This paper summarizes the research on the causes and the countermeasures of the coal mining enterprise＇s safety production.Based on the analysis,this paper puts forward the comprehensive management ideas on coal mine safety production such as guidance the development of the coal industry by the scientific concept of development,enforce the safety supervision and inspection,enforce the inner management of coal mine enterprise and mechanism of disease emergency,enforce the design of mechanism of the economy punishment and the security etc.
