垂体瘤增殖细胞核抗原表达的意义

Expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen in pituitary adenomas

采用免疫组织化学ＬＳＡＢ法对９０例垂体瘤增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）进行检测，发现ＰＣ－ＮＡ指数随肿瘤体积的增大而增高，复发组垂体瘤ＰＣＮＡ增殖指数明显高于非复发组（Ｐ＜０．０１），且同一病人复发肿瘤较初发肿瘤的ＰＣＮＡ指数明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果表明ＰＣＮＡ指数可作为垂体腺瘤侵袭性及预后的指标之一。

Immunostaining for proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)was carried out in 90 cases of pituitary adenomas.The PCNA index increased with the rise of tumor's volume and was significantly higher in the recurrent pituitary adenomas as compared with nonrecurrent pituitary adenomas( P <0.01).The PCNA index in the samples of second operation was higher than the first one in the same patient.It indicated that PCNA could serve as a marker for the invasion and prognosis of pituitary adenoma.
