原发性胃肠道非霍奇金淋巴瘤的治疗

Treatment of primary non Hodgkin's lymphoma in gastrointestinal tract

４３例原发性胃肠道非霍奇金淋巴瘤，临床表现均无特异性，术前误诊率高，主要接受单纯手术或手术＋化疗。随访中发现，手术＋化疗组３年、５年生存率分别为７３．９％和６５．２％，而单纯手术组则分别为３８．９％和２７．８％，两组差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。笔者认为对本瘤应采取以手术为主的综合治疗，并认为术后正规。

Forth three patients with primary non Hodgkin's lymphomas in gastrointestinal tract were treated in our hospital from 1980 to 1991.The clinical manifestation of the patients were unspecific and the patients were mainly treated by surgery alone or surgery with postoperative chemotherapy.The follow up showed that 3 and 5 year survival rates of the patients treated by surgery with postoperative chemotherapy were 73.9% and 65.2%,respectively;compared with 38.9% and 27.8%,for the patients treated by surgery alone,the differences were statistically significant( P <0.05).The authors thought that for this malignancy the standard systemic adjuvant chemotherapy would play an important role.
