摘要
为加强保障公众健康,提高香港食品的安全性,香港政府拟出台新的法例对食品和农产品中的化学品残留进行限制,实施严格的残留限量标准。作者从"香港食物中残余除害剂规管方案"的实施背景、具体内容和对内地供港食品和农产品贸易的影响进行简要分析,并就具体的应对措施作了进一步探讨。
To better protect public health, facilitate effective regulatory control of pesticide residues in food and promote harmonisation between local and international standards, the Government proposes to introduce a new subsidiary legislation to govern pesticide residues of food in Hong Kong. Last contents, current regulations, progress of the activity, suggestions and measures against the legislation was introduced and discussed in the paper.
