温室黄瓜枯萎病根际微生物动态变化研究 被引量:6

摘要 对不同连作年限,不同介质土壤,不同生育期的黄瓜枯萎病根际微生物数量进行动态研究。研究结果表明伴随连作年限的增加黄瓜枯萎病加重,连作土壤微生物总量、细菌及放线菌数均呈倒"马鞍"形变化,真菌数量则呈线性增长,尖孢镰刀菌成为主要的真菌种群。同时,黄瓜枯萎病随土壤砂性增加而增加,砂性土壤中细菌和放线菌低于粘性土壤,真菌数高于粘性土壤。根际真菌、放线菌数量在黄瓜初花期、结瓜期呈明显上升趋势;病株根际在结果期使真菌量大大减少,病菌在一定程度上减缓放线菌数量变化。根际细菌数量在初花期出现下降趋势;病株根际细菌数量在4个时期波动起伏相近,无明显差异。 Under Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum owen stress, the rhizosphere microorganism dynamic change were studied in different cropping year, different soil medium and different growth stages in Chaoda Modern Agriculture (Holdings) Limited. The results showed that the incidence of greenhouse cucumber' s wilt were increased with the cropping year and the soil sandy increased. With the year increased, While the number of fungi appeared an liner increased, the number of bacteria, actinomyce as well as total micmflora showed a trend with a saddle-shaped curve. Contrary to the number of bacteria and actinomyce, the number of fungi was higher in loam soil than that in sandy soil. Fusarium oxysporum were mainly groups in continuous cropping soil year by year. The quantity of rhizosphere fungi and actinomyces increased markably at flowering phase and fruiting period. Respectively, however, a sharp decrease happened at flowering phase for rhizosphere bacterium quantity. Under Fusarium oxysporum stress, While the number of infected plant' s rhizosphere fungi decreased especially at fruiting stage, the number of actinomyce' s change rate slowdowned and the number of bacteria was not obvious difference in the whole growth period.
