摘要
印制线路板(PCB)是电子产品的载体,随着电子产品向轻薄短小,高功能化、高密度化、高可靠性、低成本化方向发展,促使PCB制造中的关键设备PCB数控钻孔机也向高速、高精、高稳定、低成本方向发展。这样的发展增加了PCB数控钻孔机开发难度,使传统的设计方法较难达到设计的要求。通过对PCB钻孔设备在功能设计、市场应用统计及主要厂家产品对比进行了研究,目的是为国内外同行提供更新市场应用的数据与产品开发的思路。
PCB （ Printed Circuit Board） is a kind of carrier of electronic products which has a distinctive feature involving light-size, light-weight, compressed-density, high-reliability and low-cost. PCB drilling machine tool as the key equipment used in PCB processing field is in procession of characteristics of high-speed, high-precision, high-stability and low-budget. Those requirements of high-performance drilling machine make it hard of product research and development. It is difficult to meet the requirement of design by tradition method.
This paper is to provide up-to-data of market application and a new idea for product development for national and international fellow traders through studies into function design of PCB drilling equipments, market-application statistics, and comparisons among well-known products.
