皮肤疣状癌3例

Three cases of cutaneous verrucous carcinoma

报告3例皮肤疣状癌，均为中老年男性，皮损分布在足底、小腿、包皮，直径约l～3cm，外现均呈乳头状。组织象均有表皮角化过度伴角化不全，棘层肥厚呈乳头病样增生，皮突不规则向真皮延伸，末端呈杵状，基层细胞排列紊乱，并偶见轻度异型。

Three cases of verrucous carcinoma are reported. Three patients are all in middle and old age, lesions located on the plantar. shin and prepuce, about 1-3 cm indiameters. There are all with papilliform surfaces. Histopathologically, there are hy-perkeratosis accompanied with parakeratosis and in the papilomatous hyperplasia areawith acanthosis. The epidermal papilla projected into the dermis with irregular club-likeends. In the basal cell layer the cells arranged irregularly and only with slightly meta-morphosis found.
