张家界市烤烟主要化学成分分析 被引量:11

摘要 采集了张家界市6个典型产烟乡镇的B2F、C3F、X2F三个等级烤烟样本90个,测定了烟叶总糖、还原糖、烟碱、总氮、钾、氯含量,分析了张家界市烤烟化学成分特征。结果表明:张家界市烤烟总糖、还原糖、总氮、氯含量都处于合理水平,烟碱含量略偏高,上部烟叶钾含量略低。主要化学成分年度间差异显著,县际间和乡镇间差异不显著。聚类分析将张家界市6个典型产烟乡镇分为高糖高钾和低糖低钾2个类型。 The characteristic of chemical components of flue-tobacco leaf were studies by detecting total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium and chlorine of 90 flue-tobacco samples with 3 grades (B2F,C3F,X2F) from the typical tobacco-growing town of Zhangjiajie City. The results showed that total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, chlorine were at right levels, and nicotine was slightly high, and potassium was slightly low in top leaf. The concentration difference of chemical components in tobacco samples between grown years was significant, but that between tobacco-growing counties and between tobacco-growing town was not statistical significant. The main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves in 6 typical tobacco-growing towns of Zhangjiajie City were divided into 2 types(high sugar and potassium, low sugar and potassium) by the cluster analysis.
