摘要
利用同功酶电泳技术对采自国内的23个玉米弯孢叶斑病菌菌株进行可溶性蛋白以及SOD、ETS、PPO、MDH、PO等酶系分析,发现不同菌株间存在差异;对菌株进行聚类分析结果表明在连锁距离0.36上将所有菌株聚合在一起,初步分成7个组,与病菌致病性分组有些一致,有些相近,但也有些不同或关系不密切。
Soluble proteins and isozymes of SOD, ETS, PPO, MDH, PO extracted from 23 strains of Curvularia lunata were analyzed by electrophoresis technology, the results indicated that there were differences among different strains. Cluster analysis with physiological differentiation among different strains showed that, when the interconnection distance was 0.36, 23 strains were clustered to 7 groups, which were similar to the groups clustered with pathogenic differentiation. However, there were some differences between groups clustered by physiological differentiation and pathogenic differentiation.
