福建省农村科技应用现状及需求分析

总结了福建省农业科技的应用现状,福建农村现代化建设尽管取得了长足的进步,但农业作为国民经济弱势产业,目前农村现代化进程整体上仍落后于城市。阐明了当前新农村建设对农业科技的迫切需求,并分析了农村科技服务的现状以及影响因素,建议尝试多种形式的农技推广模式。举例说明福建省南平市"科技特派员"制度试点工作,是市场经济下农业推广探索的一种新模式,具有重要的指导意义,有深入研究的必要,这为解决"三农"所面临的突出问题,推进农业现代化,建设社会主义新农村提供参考。

The status of the application of Fujian Agriculture Sci-Tech is summarized. Although Rural modernization construction of Fujian has made the considerable progress, it still lags behind that of the city, as agriculture is a weak industry in national economy. Based on requirements of the Fujian Agriculture Sci-Tech, the present situation and influence factors of the Fujian Rural Sci-Tech service are described, the multivariate model of agricultural technology extension is suggested. For example, the pilot system of special commissioners in science and technology in Nanping has important directive significance. This system is a new pattern of Agricultural extension under the Market Economy, and it is necessary to be further studied. All of these offer reference for solving ＂agriculture, rural, and farmers＂, advancing agricultural modernize and building socialist new countryside.
