替硝唑对兔体内茶碱药物动力学的影响

Effect of tinidazole on pharmacokinetics of aminophylline in rabbits

采用荧光偏振免疫法（ＦＰＩＡ）测定了单用氨茶碱和氨茶碱与替硝唑合用时兔体内血清茶碱浓度，观察了替硝唑对茶碱药物动力学的影响。结果显示，替硝唑与氨茶碱合并用药时，对茶碱在兔体内的药物动力学参数除使Ｋ２１略升高外均无显著影响。

Aminophylline in the serum was determined by FPIA having taken aminophylline and aminophylline combined with tinidazole. Two groups of pharmacokinetics parameters were computered and scored by statistic method, and the results showed that both the concentration in the serum and pharmacokinetics parameters of aminophyllin were not significantly changed between the two groups.
