摘要
运动员运动损伤的预防应贯穿于运动员的训练阶段、比赛阶段和恢复阶段。以理论为依托,注重可操作性,从心理学、生理学、训练学等视角详细论述了运动员运动损伤的心理机制,探讨了心理干预在运动员训练、比赛和恢复等3个阶段中的渗透与应用。最后,提出以心理干预为核心手段的运动员运动损伤防护体系的构想由4个核心部分组成,分别为运动员预防运动损伤过程中的调节、监督、反馈与指导中心,训练阶段运动员运动损伤的预防和比赛阶段运动员运动损伤的预防以及恢复阶段运动员运动损伤的预防。
The precautions for athletes' sports injuries should be provided throughout the athletes' training stage, competition stage and restoration stage. With foundation of theories and emphasis on practicability, from perspectives of psychology, physiology and training,the author of this paper has elaborated on the psychological mechanism of athletes' sports injuries,and explored the penetration and application of psychological intervention in athletes ' training stage, competition stage and restoration stage. As a result,it is suggested that the planning of a protection system for athletes' sports injuries by means of psychological intervention should be composed of four core parts,which include the centers of adjustment,monitoring,feedback and guidance in the process of sports injury precautions for athletes, sports injury precautions for athletes in their training stage, sports injury precautions for athletes in their competition stage and sports injury precautions for athletes in their restoration stage.
