摘要
以钼酸铵作显色剂,用分光光度法测定盐酸吡多辛含量,测定波长720nm。在2~14μg·ml-1浓度范围内回归方程为A=0.010+0.0525C,r=0.9991,平均回收率为100.2%(RSD=0.5%,n=5)。该方法具简便。
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of pyridoxine hydrochloride using ammonium molybdate at the wavelength of 720nm had been developed. Beer′s law was obeyed in the concentration range of 2 ̄14μg·ml-1. The regression equation was A=0.01+0.0525C, r=0.9991. The average recovery was 100.15% (RSD=0.48%, n=5). This method is simple and rapid to give rather satisfactory result.
