摘要
以钼酸铵作显色剂，用分光光度法测定盐酸吡多辛含量，测定波长７２０ｎｍ。在２～１４μｇ·ｍｌ－１浓度范围内回归方程为Ａ＝０．０１０＋０．０５２５Ｃ，ｒ＝０．９９９１，平均回收率为１００．２％（ＲＳＤ＝０．５％，ｎ＝５）。该方法具简便。
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of pyridoxine hydrochloride using ammonium molybdate at the wavelength of 720nm had been developed. Beer′s law was obeyed in the concentration range of 2￣14μg·ml-1. The regression equation was A=0.01+0.0525C, r=0.9991. The average recovery was 100.15% (RSD=0.48%, n=5). This method is simple and rapid to give rather satisfactory result.
