摘要
随着社会的进步和发展,人本管理在现代管理中的地位和作用越来越明显。阐述了人本管理的基本概念,分析了高校图书馆人本管理中存在的问题,探讨了高校图书馆进行人本管理的方法。
With the progress and development of the society, the position and function of the people-based management is more and more obvious in the modern management. This paper expounds the basic concepts of the people-based management, analyzes some problems existing in the management of university library,and probes into how university library to implement the people-based management.
