摘要
分析了当前高校图书馆员素质存在的问题,探讨了图书馆员应该具备的素质,提出了提高馆员素质的对策。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the qualities of university librarians, probes into the qualities that the librarians should possess, and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the qualities of the librarians.
