摘要
编码化和人物化是两种相对的知识管理模式。在介绍数字化参考咨询发展的前提下,探讨了高校图书馆参考咨询服务工作中怎样引入知识管理的编码化管理模式和人物化管理模式,以提高图书馆工作效率。
The codification and personalization are two opposite modes of the knowledge management. This paper expounds the development of the digital reference, and probes into how to introduce the codification-based management mode and personalization-based management mode of the knowledge management into the reference service of university library for increasing the working efficiency of the library.
