介绍了学科馆员制度的主要服务内容,针对目前信息社会用户的个性化需求,结合Blog与RSS技术的特点与优势,提出了高校图书馆学科馆员创建个人Blog的建议,并根据不同层次的服务内容,提出了学科馆员Blog栏目设置的构想,通过RSS订阅实现用户与学科馆员之间的深度交流与服务。

This paper introduces the main service contents of the subject librarian system, and in the light of the individual requirements of social information users, and connecting with the features and advantages of Blog and Rss, puts forward the suggestion on establishing the individual Blog by university library＇s subject librarian, and according to the contents of different levels＇ services, raises some ideas for setting up the columns of Blog of the subject librarians, and realizing the deep communication between the users and subject librarians through Rss subscription.
