摘要
叙述了高校图书馆人员组成结构存在的问题及形成这一结构的原因,提出了科学合理地选拔人才、引进人才、留住人才的措施以及建立公平竞争的管理机制和科学合理的评价体系的建议。
This paper expounds the problems existing in the personnel composition of university library, probes into the reasons why such personnel composition fonus, and puts forward some measures for selecting the talents, introducing the talents and keeping the talents and some suggestions on establishing the management mechanism of fair competition and scientific and rational evaluation system.
