摘要
针对以人为本的思想理念,对图书馆以人为本的管理与服务创新进行了探讨,剖析了以馆员为本和以读者为本这两方面的关系,提出开展图书馆服务创新的几条途径。
In the light of the people-based concept, this paper probes into library's people-based management and service innovation, analyzes the relationship between the librarian-based concept and the reader-based concept, and puts forward some ways for developing the service innovation by the library.
