摘要
从科技档案的专业特征出发,针对目前科技档案管理中存在的种种问题,提出了提高科技档案建设和管理水平的具体措施,包括开展学科研究、理顺业务关系、明确发展目标、实行横向联合等。
Starting from the special features of sci-tech archives, and in the light of the various problems rxisting in the current management of the sci-teeh archives, this paper puts forward some concrete measures for lifting the level of the construction and management of sei-tech archives, which inelude developing the academic research, smoothening the business relationships, making clear the development targets, and carrying out the horizontal integration, etc.
