分析了西方激励理论的适用性、有效性,探讨了组织行为理论辩证分析的必要性,阐述了以案例教学为主的综合教学方式以及将理论与实践相结合的教学方式。
This paper analyzes the suitability and effectiveness of western incentive theories, probes into the necessity of the philosophical analysis of the theory of organizational behavior, and expounds the comprehensive teaching method based on the of the case teaching and the teaching method of combining the theory and the practice.
