This paper introduces a new design mode of academic dissertation remote submitting system. Applying Office InterOP technology can implement the structured storage of the contents of the academic dissertation and the diversified output of the data, and applying Office InterOP technology can implement that the teachers design the format template of the academic dissertation and the system can automatically generate the pageframe for submitting the academic dissertation, increasing obviously the efficiency and the user friendliness, and applying the strategy design pattern can strengthen the expandability of the software and make the development and utilization easy based on the structured storage of the data.
