This paper briefly introduces the definition, development trend and application of video eonferencing system, and based on the present situation of in-service personnel＇s part-time training and continuous education, probes into the superiorities of video conferencing system in the part-time training and continuous education, and in the light of the factors restricting the application of video conferencing system in the part-time training and continuous education, puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
