为进一步发挥高校系级档案的管理和服务功能,提出了高校系级档案"一体两翼"的管理模式,即由教学档案管理、学生档案管理、教研档案管理、实验室档案管理4个基本模块构成一个有机的整体。

In order to give full play to the management and service functions of department-level archives in university, this paper puts forward the one-body ＋ two-wings archives management model on department-level in university that is an organic whole composed of four basic modules of the teaching archives management module, students archives management module, reaching research archives management module, and lab archives management module.
