Advanced Prevention of Accident to Ensure Safety of Subway Construction in Beijing

摘要 北京地铁新线工程建设规模大,结构形式多,施工方法多,所处地上、地下环境条件及工程地质条件复杂,尤其是地下线工程具有隐蔽性大、不可预见因素多等特点,因而地铁工程具有高风险性。介绍了北京地铁新线工程建设概况,阐述了工程建设特点、难点及修建方法,总结分析了近几年北京地铁新线工程发生的几起主要事故特征,并提出了强化地铁工程建设管理,规避工程建设风险,确保地铁建设安全的10项措施。 Since the great scale of construction, and a great number of structural types with each several construction processes, and the complex environment and geological conditions of engineering, there are high risks in Beijing subway construction, in especial due to the concealing properties of underground works with a lot of unknown factors. The summary of the new subway line projects were introduced in this paper, which inclued the construction properties, the challenges and the construction methods. The characteristics of some few accidents happened in Beijing subway works in recent years were analyzed. Ten measures for strengthening the construction management, and to refuge from risks and to ensure safety were suggested.
