摘要
通过对某主干道路上3边简支球墨铸铁电力检查方形井盖的三维有限元分析,找出了井盖在使用中频频出现断裂的原因,提出在井口中央增设铸铁梁,同时增加盖板的厚度和为了减小应力集中的程度,将横肋和竖肋及边肋交接处的直角连接改为圆角或斜角连接等改进方法。
Through finite element analysis for a nodular castiron three edges in a road, it is found out that the the damage rectangle manhole cover which is simply supported in causes in frequent of manhole covers which are in used. The improve motheds are that a castiron beam is puts on the central of well and increases the thickness of the plate. In order to reduce the degree of stress concentration, the connections at right angles of the horizontal and vertical ribs as well as side ribs are changed to connections of the round or oblique angle.
