经济转型过程中我国适度国际储备的理性思考

随着我国经济持续稳定的发展,我国的国际储备(特别是外汇储备)近年来大幅度增长。通过对我国改革开放以来国际储备发展历程的简要回顾与分析,根据目前我国国际储备的实际情况,结合当前的国际经济发展形势得出当前我国的国际储备规模过大的结论。并通过对适度规模的界定与计算给出了我国外汇储备的合理规模,提出了合理有效的管理方法与建议。

With the sustained and stable development of economy, China＇s international reserves, especially the foreign exchange reserves, have increased a great lot with the sustained and steady economic growth of China in recent years. Based on the brief review of the development process of Chinas international reserves since the reform and opening up of our country, the actual situation of China＇s international reserves at present, and the international economic development, a conclusion has been reached that China has a surplus international reserves. Through the definition and calculation of an appropriate scale of China＇s foreign exchange reserves, it gives some constructive advices and effective management methods according to China＇s national conditions.
