摘要
目的观察左心室壁的微血管配布,为心脏微循环的生理和病理研究提供形态学基础。方法应用微血管铸型扫描电镜观察方法研究了6只犬左心室壁的微血管构筑。结果心内膜下毛细血管有丰富的吻合丛,心肌层毛细血管平行排列,与心肌纤维方向一致,吻合较少。心外膜层毛细血管吻合较丰富。微动脉、微静脉行于肌束间,微动脉、毛细血管后微动脉起始处可见环形压迹。结论犬左心室壁内微血管配布特征对心肌血流调控有着重要意义,并为研究左心室微循环病理提供形态学依据。
Objective To observe the microvasculature of the ventricular wall in order to provide morphological basis for the physiology and pathology of cardial microcirculation. Method The microvasculature of the left ventricular wall was studied with the vascular cast and scanning electronmicroscopy. Results The subendocardial capillary network was rich and complicated. The capillary of myocardial layers ran parallel with the myocardial fibres and was little anastomosed. The arteriole and venule were distributed among the myocardial bundles. The circle compress was found in the arteriole and the precapillary arteriole. Conclusion The microvasculature of the left ventricular wall played a significant role in the regulation of myocardial blood flow.
