摘要 目的对大鼠颌下腺颗粒曲管(granularconvolutedtubule,GCT)进行观察。方法本文用Malory染色和免疫组织化学ABC法。结果发现GCT细胞的形态结构及细胞内分泌颗粒的数量有一定差异。此外GCT细胞呈生长抑素(somatostatin,SOM)免疫反应阳性。结论表明大鼠颌下腺GCT细胞内含有SOM,对颌下腺复杂的分泌活动可能具有一定的调节作用。 Objective To distinguish the classifications of granular convoluted tubule (GCT) cells. Methods Specimens of submandibular glands in rats were dyeled and observed by Mallory stain and immunohistochemical ABC techniques. Results GCT cells could be divided into three types of large, small and narrow cells. Somatostatin (SOM) immunoreaction was positive among them. Conclusion SOM might play a regulatory role in complicated secretion of submandibular glands.
