芸香甙的胃粘膜保护作用研究

Study on protective effects of Rutoside on gastric mucosa in rats

目的研究芸香甙（Ｒｕ）的胃粘膜保护作用。方法利用３种大鼠溃疡模型观察Ｒｕ、Ｒｕ＋西咪替丁对胃粘膜损伤指数的影响；利用幽门结扎法收集胃液，观察Ｒｕ对胃液分泌量、胃液酸度和胃蛋白酶活性的影响。结果Ｒｕ（５，１０，２０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１×２次·ｄ－１×５ｄ，ｉｇ）可剂量依赖性地抑制冷冻－束缚应激和酸性乙醇引起的胃粘膜损伤，Ｒｕ可提高Ｈ２受体阻断药西咪替丁对胃粘膜的保护作用；而Ｒｕ对消炎痛诱发的胃粘膜损伤无保护作用。Ｒｕ对大鼠胃液分泌量、胃液酸度和胃蛋白酶活性也无明显影响。结论Ｒｕ具有胃粘膜保护作用；Ｒｕ与西咪替丁之间的协同作用可为胃溃疡的药物治疗提供实验数据。

Objective To study the protective effects of Rutoside (Ru) on gastric mucosa in rats. Methods By means of restrictioncold stress (RCS), aciditied ethanol (AE) and oral indomethacine (Ind), the index of gastric mucosal injury was evaluated. With the method of pyloric ligation to collect the gastric juice, the volume and acidity of this juice, and the activity of pepsin were successively determined. Results Ru (5,10 and 20 mg·kg-1×2/d×5 d,ig) inhibited dosedependently the gastric mucosal injury induced by RCS or AE and enhanced the protective effects of cimitidine (Ci). But it didnt influence obviously on the damage induced by oral Ind, the volume and acidity of the juice as well as the activity of pepsin. Conclusions Ru had protective effect on the gastric mucosa of rats. Ru plus Ci possessed the synergism in the treatment of gastric ulcer.
