赖氨匹林和阿斯匹林镇痛作用的比较

Study on analgesic effect of lysine acetylsalicylate and acetylsalicylic in mice

目的观察赖氨匹林和阿斯匹林的镇痛作用。方法小鼠扭体法及热板法。结果赖氨匹林ｉｇ给药２种剂量（９０．４及１８０．８ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１）对小鼠热板法中的痛反应潜伏期均有延长作用，可显著提高小鼠痛阈。赖氨匹林ｉｇ给药３种剂量（４５．２，９０．４及１８０．８ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１）均可明显减少小鼠扭体反应次数。赖氨匹林ｉｃｖ给药也具有明显的镇痛作用。结论赖氨匹林有较好的镇痛作用。

Objective To study the analgesic effect of lysine acetylsalicylate (LAS) and acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) in mice. Methods Hotplate and writhing test in mice were applied. Results LAS at two doses of 904 and 1808 mg·kg-1, ig, prolonged pain latency on hotplate reaction, and it also suppressed the times on writhing reaction at three doses of 452, 904 and 1808 mg·kg-1, ig. With injection of i.c.v. at 05 and 10 mg·kg-1 doses, LAS reduced the times on writhing reaction in mice. Conclusion LAS had the better analgesic effect.
