焦化作业工人肺功能测定分析

Test and analysis on pulmonary function of coking workers

目的为了解焦化作业接触多种有害气体对工人呼吸系统的影响及程度。方法选取某焦化厂炼焦操作工６５人和对照组６５人进行呼吸系统疾患及肺功能配对调查。结果观察组呼吸系统症状出现率高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；观察组内班前班后自身比较，各指标班后值均低于班前（Ｐ＜０．０１或＜０．０５）。结论焦化作业可导致工人呼吸系统的急慢性改变。

Objective To investigate effects and degree on pulmonary function of coking workers. Method According to matching rules, a matching study of pulmonary function tests was performed in 65 coking workers and 65 mechanical workers. Results The percentage of symptoms on the respiratory system was significantly increased in exposure group (P<005). The values of V50% and V25% which were tested before work were significantly decreased in exposure group (P<001). The values of all indexes which were obtained after work were lower than those which were collected before work within exposure group (P<001 or <005) Conclusion There were acute and cronic changes on pulmonary ventilatory function in coking workers.
