干扰素对HCVⅡ型和Ⅲ型的治疗反应 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨重组干扰素α(rIFN-α)对丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型的治疗反应。方法采用RT-PCR检测血清HCVRNA,并按Okamoto等基因分型方法进行HCV基因分型。应用rIFN-α治疗24例HCVⅡ型和6例Ⅲ型感染者。结果30例HCVⅡ、Ⅲ型感染者的总治疗反应为:完全反应(CR)21例(70%),部分反应(PR)6例(20%)和无反应(NR)3例(10%)。Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型CR率分别为83.33%和16.67%,差异非常显著。结论rIFN-α对HCVⅡ型的治疗反应优于Ⅲ型。
