广西不同地区茴香精油香成分分析比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过气质联用分析比较了广西六个不同地区的水蒸气蒸馏法制得大茴香精油的香成分,共检测出45种化合物,挥发性香成分相同的有26种,其含量较高的分别为反式茴香脑(含量大于77.92%)、草蒿脑、柠檬烯、对-丙烯基-1-(3-甲基-2-丁烯氧基)苯、芳樟醇、顺式茴香脑、茴香醛、α-蒎烯等等,其它的成分有较大差异。 The essential oil of Illicium verum Hook. f. were obtained respectively from the six different areas in Guangxi of China by steam distillation. Aroma components were analyzed by GC/MS and forty-five compounds were characterized with twenty six same components, and the relative content of those were determined by unitary method. The main components were transanethole, estragole, limonene, 1-(3-methyl-2-butenoxy)-4-(1-propenyl) benzene, linalool, cis- anethole, anisaldehyde, alpha.-pinene, and so on. The other components had bigger differences from each other.
